2. Purpose of this page

This legal notice fulfils transparency duties towards visitors and clients of an online service provider in the Netherlands. It complements our terms and conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy, accessibility statement and disclaimer. If an English text differs from the Dutch original, the Dutch version prevails.

3. Website, domain and hosting

The site is available at https://soredialhub.click (domain soredialhub.click). Static website files are hosted by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, Nederland. We remain responsible for content; hosting covers availability and security measures defined in our agreement with the provider.

Studio opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00. Closed Sunday. Sessions outside these hours by arrangement.. Sessions outside these hours can be arranged via contact.

4. Contact form and FormSubmit

The contact form sends messages through FormSubmit (a US-based service). When you submit the form, the fields you enter (name, email, phone, service, date and message) are transmitted to FormSubmit and forwarded to [email protected]. FormSubmit may process data briefly for spam filtering and delivery.

Because processing may occur outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards as described in our privacy policy (including standard contractual clauses where applicable). You can also reach us at 020 244 8193 or [email protected] without using the form.

5. Services and indicative rates

We describe recording services in Amsterdam, including vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering and podcast & voice-over. Indicative rates (including 21% VAT) appear on services and on each service page, for example from €95 for Vocal recording or €890 for a band recording day.

These figures are not automatic orders: a session or post-production job is confirmed after a written quote and, where applicable, a deposit under article 5 of the terms. Net amounts for business clients can be quoted on request (for example €152.89 excluding VAT for Mixing).

6. Intellectual property on the site

Text, photos, layout and other content on soredialhub.click are protected by copyright and related rights of Soredialhub B.V. unless stated otherwise. You may view pages and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Copying or reusing substantial parts without our prior written consent is not allowed.

Audio or images supplied by clients remain theirs; see article 11 of the terms for rights in recordings.

7. Cookies and consent

We use cookies and similar tools only with consent, except what is strictly necessary for security and core functions. Your choice is stored under key srdl_consent_v1 for 182 days. Details are in the cookie policy; you can change preferences via cookie settings.
