This disclaimer explains the limits of our responsibility for website content. It works together with the terms and conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy and legal notice.

2. No binding offer

Descriptions of vocal recording, band recording, mixing, mastering and podcast recording, including figures such as €240 per episode, are indicative and include 21% VAT. Availability, exact scope and turnaround are confirmed in a quote. We correct obvious errors when we spot them; contact contact for a current price.

3. Guides and FAQ

Articles in guides, such as preparing vocals or streaming loudness, and answers on FAQ, reflect our experience since 2019. They are not a promise that your project will sound the same; rooms, sources and genres differ.

4. Health and safety

We encourage moderate listening levels and breaks but do not provide medical advice for hearing or voice issues. Consult a doctor or speech therapist if you have symptoms. In the studio you follow our safety instructions; participation is at your own risk where the law permits alongside our duty of care as a service provider.

5. External links and third parties

We may link to external sites (maps, streaming platforms, suppliers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. The contact form uses FormSubmit; see article 4 of the legal notice for transfers outside the EEA.

6. Website liability

Where permitted by law we are not liable for damage from relying on website information without a separate contract, except for intent or wilful recklessness. For performed studio work, article 12 of the terms applies in more detail.
